At Indestructible MFG, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, whether you're swapping a size or requesting a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Processing and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
